2014 Star Track trainee engineering scheme launches
We're offering school leavers across Britain the chance to join our trainee engineering design scheme to earn and learn, and gain a foundation degree.
Launched in 2013 in collaboration with some of the country’s top design consultancies, the Permanent Way Institution and Sheffield Hallam University, our two-year Star Track scheme will help train and develop the track design engineers of the future.
Vacancies exist in Birmingham, Glasgow, London, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Swindon and York, and we have 20 places up for grabs.
How to apply
You’ll need to have GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above and either two A levels, one of which is maths, a science or technology subject or a BTEC (level 3) Diploma in engineering or a technology subject.
All applications must be made online by 28 March 2014. More information, FAQs, and search and apply at
