Are you a school leaver looking for career opportunities?
We don’t believe that getting a degree at University should be the only route into an exciting career in engineering. So we offer a four-year Apprenticeship scheme for school leavers who are looking for an alternative. You will have the opportunity to learn on-the-job whilst working towards a NVQ or BTEC qualification. And you’ll receive a salary from day one.You will work alongside professionals with a wide range of experience and skills giving you excellent insight and career development opportunities. Some of our Apprentices may even have the chance to pursue a degree in civil engineering further down the line.
