Aviva Apprentice programme A four year programme for people who want to gain a professional career in insurance underwriting or IT without going to university. You'll be their point of contact, handling their queries by phone, email and sometimes face to face, advising on tax planning and getting exposure to a broad client base. The structured programme is spread across 2 years with support for you to gain an appropriate professional qualification as part of your development.
