The Company
Farmfoods is the UK's Frozen Food Specialist. We began more than 50 years ago in Scotland and now trade from over 300 stores in Scotland, England and Wales. We pride ourselves on offering Great Food at Amazing Prices from clean, tidy and well presented stores.

The Candidate
We are looking for intelligent, highly motivated school and college leavers who have the drive and commitment to succeed and progress within our company. We are offering a starting salary of c. £16,000 that rises once you take responsibility for a branch of your own.
Progression
Progress is carefully monitored and as soon as you're ready (which could be in less than 6 months), you will take responsibility for your very own branch - effectively running your own multi-million pound business.
Training
You'll find the training, and the job, challenging phisically as well as mentally. You'll cover the complete spectrum of management, from store operations, product trading, financial administration, people management, health & safety and logistics. Most of your training will be hands on in one of our branches, interacting and looking after the people that we depend on to keep us in business... our customers. Or as we prefer to call them... our VIPs!
The Criteria
Let's assume you've worked hard and gained good maths and english results, C's in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
Before you send in your application, you have to ask yourself whether you have the energy, commitment and ambition to match the challenge facing you.
Perhaps you're highly motivated and think you have what it takes to succeed with us, but you can't quite meet the academic requirements? Provided there's a good reason for this, we'd still love to hear from you.
